The Waikato house has three bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a twin and a queen, another bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom, and another bedroom has a queen. There is one full bath on the 2nd floor and one half bath on the main floor. There is a very large living room with a wood burning fireplace. The living room has a 36" Sony television with DVD and a stereo receiver. All Waikato House guests have full use of the beach and docks at the resort. The house has a gas grill, patio furniture, fire pit and an attached garage. The home is in an incredible neighborhood; many consider it to be the premier neighborhood in the city. The road is very low traffic and there are bike paths for roller blading, biking and walking. Central A/C. Firewood is typically provided with the units. It will either be stacked near the fire pit or you will find it stacked in various locations throughout the property. Help yourselves!
