| VACATION RENTAL DESCRIPTION : |

Garden level, 1000 square foot, two bedroom, two bath condominium overlooking the golf course at Holiday Hills Golf Resort in Branson, Missouri. Our condo is at garden level (Level 1). Parking is at level 2 hence there is one set of steps to our entrance. Located just two miles from the new Branson Landing and just a few minutes from the endless entertainment on the Famous Branson Strip. You'll have access to all the amenities the resort has to offer, including four pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball and playgrounds. The Welcome Center offers a game room, one TV and one movie theater, workout room, tanning bed, and snack bar. There is also a bar and grill on site at the golf pro shop. Far enough away from the action to relax yet close enough to join in all the entertainment and excitement Branson has to offer. New carpet and 32-in flat screen TV as of February 2008.
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has a jetted hot tub. There is a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided and we'll leave a starter kit with coffee, etc.
