This home is located in the heart of the beautiful Paradise Valley, 15 miles south of Livingston, Montana. Provide you with the opportunity to explore the old west at its best. Bozeman is about a 45 minutes drive away and has the areas major airport. Then we are only 35 north of Gardiner, Montana and the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We are surrounded by 3 mountain ranges that gives awesome views and endless ourdoor activities.
We have the Absorka mountain range to the East, the Gallatin range to the West and the Crazy's to the North. There are many National Forest service accesses which provide trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, hunting, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and some for motorized vehicle access, such as four wheelers, dirt bikes, snowmobiles and ORV's most of these access's will lead you to some of the areas beautiful lakes, streams and waterfalls. Another wonderful opportunity is having access to the beautiful Yellowstone River, with some of Montana's best fishing, canoeing, rafting and white water rafting.
The house offers one and half kitchens and has three bedrooms, a master with a queen bed and private bath with a garden tub and separate shower, the other one bedroom has a doubel bed, and a set of bunk beds, the other has a doubel bed, and they sahre a bathroom. The rest of the house considts of a dining area, living room, family room, half bath, laundry room and rec room with a bar, pool table and sauna. The house has two large decks, the front a great place to sit and enjoy the outstanding views, and the back deck with a hot tub, barbecue and outdoor eating area.
