The Los Feliz home is a Spanish style villa, sitting high atop Sunrise Mountain, overlooking the entire Las Vegas Valley. Sunsets and night time city lights are a spectacular view!

The home has just undergone a recent renovation, most everything in the home is new with upgraded plush carpet, wood and tile floors, three-tone custom color paint, and a new A/C & Heat system.

If "peace" and "quiet" is what you're looking for after a night of partying, catching a Las Vegas only Cirque de Soleil show like "O" at the Bellagio, Mystère at Treasure Island, KA at the MGM Grand, or Zumanity at the NewYorkNewYork Hotel, playing the slot machines or rolling the dice, then look no further.

As you pull into your ten car driveway, three car garage and approach the front door, you will be greeted by a beautiful, 2500 gallon koi fish pond with a tranquil flowing waterfall. On the inside of your home, you will find a large living room with a beautiful fire place as well as a great room connected to the huge GORMET kitchen with island top cooking, that also looks over the Las Vegas strip.

The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that enters your back yard. Once outside, you will find a huge, 10 x 40 ft. covered patio where another waterfall is flowing softly into your over-sized crystal clear pool with a bubbling, hot jacuzzi that has a view of the Las Vegas strip.

Just behind the mountain that the home sits atop is Lake Mead. From the driveway to boat launch is a short and beautiful twenty minute drive through the mountains.

Historic, downtown, "old style" Las Vegas with the Freemont Street Experience, is approximately five or six miles from the home, and is a straight, one road drive.

One of the most beautiful golf courses in Las Vegas is the Desert Pines Golf Club, which is a one road, five minute drive. You will think you are in the Carolinas.

Within a five minute drive, you will find every convenience such as banking, groceries, movie theaters, gas stations, Wal-Mart, etc.
