Our home valued at over 1.9 Million, built in 2002 this 5408 sq. ft. “custom” single story (8,000 sq. ft. under roof) home has 4 large bedrooms, 4 full baths 2 half baths, 4 car garage and situated on almost a full acre. There is sleeping for 12, which include the use of 2 roll-a-ways. TV’s in each of the bedrooms. High Speed Wireless Internet Connection throughout the home.
Sleeping arrangements in the bedrooms are as follows:
•The largest master bedroom suite has a California King bed and adjoining Sitting Room with a high-end Futon that makes into a full size bed. The Futon chair makes into a crib/youth bed. The master bath has two sinks, two person Jacuzzi and a 5x9 ft. Shower (wow!!).
•Bedroom 2 suite has a Queen Bed, Private Bath consisting of two Sinks and Steam Shower. There is a Computer Desk with High Speed Cable Internet, copy machine and plenty of room for 2 roll-a-way beds.
•Bedroom 3 suite has a King Bed, Private Bath consisting of one Sink, Tub/Shower combo and can accommodate 2 roll-a-ways.
•Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin Beds, no private bath, but there is a half bath right around the corner. There is another Full Bath off the patio and a Half Bath in the garage. We do supply all the linens, beach towels, body soap, iron, hair dryer, and for the small children a portable high chair/booster chair and Pac and Play.
The Kitchen is definitely a WOW! Pretend you are the Chef on “Food Network” or bring your own personal Chef, they will absolutely love it!!!
•6 Burner gas range with griddle, heat lamp, pot filler, 2 electric ovens/ convection oven and plenty of Wolf Gang Puck Cookware.
•Toaster oven, microwave, blender, mixer and all the utensils are provided.
•Built-in commercial cappuccino coffee machine, plus a regular coffee maker.
•Wine refrigerator located within the wet bar.
•Instant hot water faucet for your tea and instant coffee.
•No need to buy bottled water as all the water is filtered.
•Built-in Side-by-side refrigerator with crushed ice and water. There is a second refrigerator /freezer in the laundry room for added use.
•2 drawer hidden dishwasher.

The great room features a “flip of the switch” gas Fireplace, “new” 8 foot Pool Table, “new” 62 inch Toshiba High Definition TV with surround sound, CD and DVD player that is also wired to outside patio speakers for your added enjoyment, not to mention the Baby Grand Player piano in the living room. “Completely Private Backyard Paradise” focuses on the Spectacular Beach Entry Swimming Pool, relaxing Water Fall and Hot Tub... There is an optional additional charge to heat the pool and hot tub. We have a 6 hole Putting Green, children’s Rainbow Play Gym with Climbing Wall, Horse Shoe pit (with horse shoes) and a Fire Pit if you would like to roast hotdogs, marshmallows etc., or just have a few cocktails around an open fire and talk about old times.On the patio we have a Turbo 4 burner natural gas BBQ, 2 person Hammock, Ice Chest Coolers and full bath. Unlike the majority of vacation homes found on the internet, you are dealing directly with the actual Owner of this property and not an Agency doing a “bait and switch”. I personally manage the entire operation of the “Million Dollar Tuscan Retreat”; participate in the cleaning/maintenance, down to the ironing of your pillow cases. I do an inspection of the home right before your arrival to insure the home is in absolute pristine condition. Consequently, I am very selective as to the groups that stay in my home. I do not permit bachelor parties, loud, ruff, rowdy, obnoxious groups, nor do I allow anymore than 25 people in the home at any given time.
