It is a two and one half story, fully equipped private residence. The interior has rough-sawn beams and lots of exposed wood giving it the ambiance of an up-to-date mountain residence. Total floor area is about 1,400 square feet (~140 square meters), see floor plan. It has a top-of-the-line, 300-gallon, 4-person HOT TUB on one of the three private sun decks. The master bedroom on the lowest floor has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The loft on the top floor has two twin beds and a balcony overlooking the living area. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in front of the fireplace with a cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass.
