BRISTOL VACATION HOUSE RENTAL DESCRIPTION :

Single Family Home, 3 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 10). The house is a contemporary, with extensive glass. It sits on a landscaped acre facing the lake. There are over 2900 sq feet in the entire house (part of the lower level is closed off). There is approximately 1000 sq feet of decking on two levels. The main common areas have vaulted ceilings. The main living room has a central fireplace.

There is also a formal dining room in addition to the eating area off the kitchen. You have three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 twin beds and 2 full futons). One bedroom is on the main floor and 2 are on the upper floor. There are two bathrooms (one with a tub on the main floor and one with a shower on the upper floor). There is an enclosed and heated porch off the main floor bedroom.
