Welcome to our web site. This site contains information about our vacation house located in the community of Suissevale. It is available to rent on a weekly basis in the summer (Saturday - Saturday) and on a negotiable basis throughout the rest of the year. Suissevale is located on the north shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough, NH. Suissevale is well known for its excellent private sandy beach. There are also two tennis courts and children's playgrounds. The beach, tennis courts, and playgrounds are about a 5 minute walk from the house.
The house is a two story home on 1.3 acres land with a limited view of the lake. In addition to the kitchen living room areas, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a loft, a screened porch, and an attached garage. In the basement there is a washer and dryer. The house will comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
The house is fully furnished (just bring your own sheets and towels) and has cable, telephone, color TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo, dishwasher, and microwave oven.
