Sunapee, the Loon Island Lighthouse and the main body of Lake Sunapee, with lots of Summer sunlight.

Directly on Lake Sunapee with 160 feet of shore frontage, this property has been in the family since the 1950's. There is a floating “U-shaped” dock/boat slip, with the boat space included. The floating dock is anchored to a cement dock with a bathhouse/changing rooms.
