This home has contemporary decor and many amenities, including central air conditioning, decks, picnic tables, gas grills, separate showers and storage sheds for each unit, etc. House is vinyl sided, with all new replacement windows, interior doors and has been freshly painted. All flooring is done in pastel ceramic tile. Both units have identical floor plans, with three bedrooms and one and one half baths. Four beach badges are included per floor (in season). Back yard is fenced in, providing private yard for each floor.
The open floor plan includes the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living rooms on each floor are identical, and both have leather couches with full size sleepers, and leather loveseats, chair(s), 27" TV's with VCR's, DVD and CD Players. The dining areas have a table and six chairs and a bar area with two stools. The fully equipped kitchens have super capacity washer/dryers, glass top stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, electric coffee makers, can openers, toasters, toaster ovens, blenders, etc

The first floor has one deck, in front of the house, with a glass top picnic table with eight chairs. The living room has a 27”color cable TV, DVD and a CD player. The master bedroom has a queen bed, telephone, a 19” color, cable TV/VCR with a sliding door that provides access to the back yard. The back yard is fenced and features a large storage barn with sand chairs, umbrellas and children’s beach toys. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 19” color cable TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a 19” color cable TV.
The second floor has two decks, one off the living room and one off back bedroom/living area with partial ocean views. This room has a 19” cable color TV and a VCR. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a 19” cable color TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a 19” cable color TV/VCR.
All weeks October 27 and thereafter are $500 per week – Long Weekends $375
