Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the dining room, the cozy living room, and from two large decks in this gem of an upside-down single family home in the Gardens. Our house is located on a quiet block just a short walk to the beach. On thr first level you will find 2 spacious bedrooms facing the dunes(one with two twin beds, the other with a king), 2 full baths, and 1 bedroom (with full size bed). The bright living room and dining area, and master bedroom suite (with king bed) are located on the second level (total=4 bedrooms,3.5 baths).
Very well designed home with all amenities including central air, heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, and a gas fireplace in the living room.
