Central air, three cable televisions, ceiling fans, sitting room, a lockable storage unit for your beach items and a large enclosed outdoor shower and dressing area are some of the many nice features in this vacation home. Located in a quiet neighborhood only four blocks from the amusements and attractions of the famed Ocean City Boardwalk, it's only a short one and a half block walk to the beach and boardwalk. The First St. beach is the location of the Life Guard Station which provides First Aid, bathroom facilities, water fountain and a foot shower. Several restaurants, the Ocean City Tabernacle and the St. Frances Cabrini Church are all within a four block walk. Less than two blocks away are a deli, two ice cream parlors and two pizza shops.
You can literally park your car for the week unless you care to take the 20 minute drive to Atlantic City.
