   ALTO VACATION LODGE RENTAL DESCRIPTION :
 
La Junta Guest Ranch sits high on a mountaintop overlooking the Lincoln National Forest near Ruidoso, New Mexico. This six acre secluded resort has been serving guests since 1963 and offers a microcosm of New Mexico's most memorable trees, flowers and cool mountain air.

We love large groups and family reunions. Be sure to ask about our senior discounts and mid-week commercial rates. Pets are always welcome at La Junta. These units have two bedrooms and one bath. There are 3 queen beds and a sofa sleeper for a total of 8 guests. Each unit has a full kitchen and a fireplace in the living room. All linens and dishes are supplied as well as Cable TV.

  La Junta Lodge sits at 7500 feet on a mountain ridge overlooking the Lincoln National Forest near Ruidoso, New Mexico. This five acre secluded resort has been serving guests since 1963 and offers a microcosm of New Mexico's most memorable trees, flowers and cool mountain air. Access is a paved county road from Hy 48 to our entrance. White Sands National Monument, Smokey Bear Museum, Roswell Alien Museum, and if you start early, Carlsbad Caverns are easy Day Trips from the lodge. There are also numerous hiking trails, and small lakes near-by.
