Cottage City Manor House is a beautiful 3 story home, new in 2007, available for your comfort and enjoyment. Bring your extended family, your friends, your business or retreat group; your out of town weddings guests. The Manor House has sleeping accommodations for up to 25 guests.Spacious Bedrooms (N.B. It is possible to separate an area of the house for a group of up to 7 during fall, winter and spring, with a minimum two night stay.) Summer requires full house rental for a minimum of a week.
The smoke free Manor House has bedrooms and baths on all three levels. In addition, there are two fully equipped kitchens with two indoor eating areas, a patio off the lower level for outdoor eating, and two sitting areas, The lower level is handicap accessible.
PatioRelax on the lawn or patio and enjoy the breeze off Canandaigua Lake on a hot summer day, while others take a swim or a canoe ride. (A launch for small craft is available.) There is plenty of room for lawn games (bocce, badminton, soccer, etc) or a pickup basketball game. Air hockey can entertain the family or friends when rain keeps you inside, as well as library books, cards, board games, a poker table, and an exercise room. Hiking the streets of Crystal Beach, or riding bikes (several available) through the community is energizing and entertaining. Experience all of this without leaving Cottage City and the Manor House.
