The Guest House has all the amenities of your own home, including 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, separate living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, dishes, margarita, wine, champagne & martini glasses, utensils and a separate laundry area with a washer and dryer (detergent provided), as well as heat and air conditioning. We feature a completely private back yard surrounded by stone walls and woods, decks with patio furniture/umbrellas, lounge chairs and hammock are provided so that you can enjoy relaxing outdoors in the warm summer evenings. Barbeque on the gas grill (first tank free) or relax while roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fireplace (wood supplied). Relax on the front deck while enjoying the mountain views and wildlife.
The master bedroom consists of a king size Seally pillow top bed & cable TV, in addition to the cable TV/VCR/DVD located in the living room. The second bedroom has a twin size trundle bed which easily converts to a king size, or into 2 separate twin size beds. We also have 1 port-a-crib. The elegant living room has cable TV, VCR/DVD, CD/Stereo. Wireless internet is also available ($10 per week). Linens, towels and 4 robes provided. For the comfort of all of our guests no smoking allowed indoors. No Pets.
