1880's Victorian farmhouse on the west side of Seneca Lake that shares
385 feet of lake frontage with the cliffside cottage. The farmhouse has a large wrap around porch
which is great for lounging or having a meal. The house is surrounded by woods and garden and
lawn. There is plenty of room for lawngames which are available...and there is a hammock. The
house can sleep 14-18 adults.
The seasonal cottage sleeps 6-8. It sits overlooking the lake. There is a twostory porch for
outdoor living and sleeping.
The lakefront has a dock, firepit and canoe for guest use. Farmhouse and cottage can be
rented together for a discount or separately.
