This apartment is on the 3rd floor. This building has a 24 hour doorman & elevators. No need to walk up, unless you would prefer. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 Double beds in the second bedroom. There is a pull out couch in the living room, as well as a 3rd sleeping area, off of the living room with a pull out couch. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone.

Linens are plentiful. An iron & ironing board are located in the first closet. As you enter the apartment, you walk into the large living room, beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. All of the floors are carpeted, giving a very cozy feel to the apartment. There is Cable TV provided, with over 1000 channels to choose from. The living room couch pulls into a Queen size sofa bed for an additional 2 guests. Roll away beds are available if needed at no additional charge. There is Wireless Internet in the apartment and a phone available for local calls.

Straight ahead is our Full Kitchen, equipped with everything you will need. This includes a fridge, oven, stove, dish washer, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, etc. There is plenty of dish detergent & paper towels provided.

Each bathroom has a tub with a shower. There is plenty of towels & toilet paper available. Each bathroom has its own hair dryer. There is a parking Garage in the building. This apartment is located on East 57th St between Lexington & 3rd Avenues. This is one of the best streets in NYC, 57th, the most expensive real estate street in the world, like Champs d'Elysee of Paris, or Via Veneto in Rome.

Midtown East is a wonderful area, within short walking distance to Central Park and Madison Avenue, the best shopping worldwide. There are several restaurants in the immediate area. An award winning liquor store in the building, recognized for style, service and their extensive list of wines. A Food Emporium two blocks away, on East 57th Street and First Avenue, who deliver groceries. Most of the restaurants deliver, including McDonald's on the corner!! There is a bakery in the building, which not only delivers, but bakes fresh bread and muffins daily!

Bloomingdales is one block away, plus there are numerous shops. Sephora, The Gap, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic and Diesel Jeans all within walking distance.
