At the rear of the property and glimpsed through the park landscape is access to the Ashamomaque inlet of the Great Shelter Bay perfect for Kayaking, fishing and sailing. The Inn itself offers elegant, old world surroundings, with luxurious, antique filled rooms as well as a full gourmet breakfast. Most rooms have water views.Also available to rent is the Shorecrest Beach Guest House; an additonal threee bedroom house right on the long island Sound with it's own private beach adjoining that of Shorecrest, and a deck and garden overlooking the water.
