Beautiful country house located in Water Mill, Long Island, in the town of Southampton. The house was built in 2005 and is situated across from a private horse farm. Amenities include a Har-Tru tennis court, heated pool, gym, recreation room with billiard and ping-pong tables, a two-car garage, and wrap-around cedar decking.
The house is surrounded by fields and woods and is very quiet and private. Perennial gardens include Hydrangeas, Fairy Roses, Lavender, and Tall Grasses.
The interior sports soaring double-height ceilings. Enormous windows provide spectacular light throughout.
