Should you want to eat out, several great restaurants are very close by, whether it is a 10 minute drive into Banner Elk or 17 mile drive to Boone, 17 mile drive to Blowing Rock. For a small transfer fee, 18 hole Golf, Golf Clubhouse, fitness center, private restaurant, Children's Day Camp, tennis, Olympic pool, hiking all are available just as if you were an owner. Pets are allowed but however, are limited to a certain number.
