The Paradise Tower condominium is a 37-unit structure located across the street from its pool, which is right next to the beach. It is NOT an all-wooden structure! A beach access on the side of the pool provides for being on the sand within a one-minute walk. This unit is on the 4th floor (3 floors up) in a building with an elevator. There is a spacious balcony which faces the beach, providing an excellent view and often wonderful sounds of the ocean. It has accommodating furniture to relax and eat outdoors.

The kitchen is very well equipped with fine appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice-maker, blender and toaster. There is a full-sized washer/dryer within the unit itself. Cable TV, DVD and VHS players are included. The MBr has a king bed and the second bedroom has a twin along with a double. The LR has a double sofa-bed. There are two full bathrooms.
There are plenty of parking spaces on the premises. We are located just a couple blocks to the south of the "boardwalk" area.
Located close to waterways, golf courses, historic Wilmington (North Carolina) and Cape Fear. Two boat launch ramps and a State park option to receive deposits at departure time additional pictures by requesting a link via email or phone.
We protect the quality of the environment by NOT allowing pets or smoking indoors. We can assist you with rental of infant furniture, towels, and linens, if needed.
Prime season rentals usually require a minimum weekly stay. Our rental cycle is Saturday to Saturday. Autumn rates are now available; please call or email.
