It has been beautifully restored and modern comforts have been added such as air-conditioning and a gas furnace, shower with a seat, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, phone, and cable TV. There is a queen bed and a twin in the room with the fireplace which can be used by the guests. Pets are welcomed in this house and smoking is not permitted.
