It has been beautifully restored and modern comforts have been added such as air-conditioning and a gas furnace, shower with a seat, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, phone, and cable TV. There is a queen bed and the fireplace can be used by the guests. There is a twin bed upstair and room for an air mattress. Pets are not allowed in this house and smoking is not permited.
