Welcome to Trails End on Raspberry Lane, your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. This new chalet offers more than just a secluded getaway. It has all the comforts you need to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. The gentle approach means you can get here without a four wheel drive regardless of the season. One step out of your vehicle and you are on the porch, no long staircases to climb.
Please do not smoke in our home; there are lots of porches and decks for that.
Enter the living area through a covered front porch and you will be impressed by the exquisite craftsmanship. Relax in the great room in front of the stacked stone fireplace or catch the news on the cable TV with DVD player (Bring your favorite movies). Enjoy preparing your meal in the fully furnished designer kitchen with side by side refrigerator/freezer, flat surface stove, microwave, dishwasher and disposal or throw some burgers on the gas grill. Dine under the deer antler chandelier or on the covered eating porch overlooking the woods and ravine.
The first floor bedroom has twin trundle beds with 12 inch mattresses and high quality bedding. The room is large and the walk-in closet is ample for all your sports toys. The first floor bathroom has a tub shower. Bring your own beach towels, our towels must stay in the cabin. There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron and board should you need them.
The second floor master bedroom has a 17 inch pillow-top mattress and 350 thread count linens. The private master bath is nicely appointed and has a huge walk-in tiled shower with three shower heads. We call it "the human car wash."
Relax in the hammock with a book, take a walk on the path that begins directly behind the cabin or enjoy the many activities within minutes from your door. Our "biker friendly" cabin has covered storage for your ride.
