Enjoy a beautiful cabin in Historic Valle Crucis in North Carolina. Our home is located off Broadstone and 1 mile from the famous Mast General Store. It will be hard to leave the comforts of this house, but when you do, the acitivites are close by. Whether you ski, hike, kayak, or shop, you will be within a short drive to all the activities. Appalachian State University is an 8 minute drive, and Blowing Rock is 20 minutes. This house is used by our family and we rent for only a handful of weekends/weeks a year. You can be assured it has all of the comforts of home - because we are onsite frequently before and after renters to keep the home feeling like new and working properly. Our renters can use everything from our grill and culinary spices, to our firewood and music CD's. If your pet comes (after interview) they can use the dog/cat bowls and/or litter boxes!
The house is beautifully appointed with new furniture, appliances and fixtures. The kitchen is full of gourmet tools, plates, glasses and serving pieces. The large mission-style table in dining room fits 4 - 10 people and the bar stools make for a convenient breakfast spot. The porch has table and chairs as well as rocking chairs and loungers. (It is easy to fall asleep on this quiet porch)! The massive grill is a great for large groups and gourmet cooking!
