Welcome to Eight-Oaks River Estate. Eight-Oaks is located on what is known as the lake portion of the Rogue River 25 miles from Medford, 7 miles from Grants Pass, and 1 mile from the city of Rogue River.
Eight-Oaks consists of two units. The 2-bedroom covers the entire top level. In the bottom level, there is the garage and studio apartment. All the furnishings, bedding, and linens in both units are new. Also there is free Wi-Fi in both units.
The 2-bedroom unit covers the entire 2nd floor and is approximately 2300 square feet. After entering the front door, you have a choice of turning right into the kitchen or turning left and entering the den.
The windows in the den look out over the entry stairs and the front garden with its fountain and fruit trees. In the den, you can watch cable TV or just enjoy the view of the mountains. The furniture in the den consists of a queen size sofa sleeper, love seat, table, and over sized ottoman. Off of the den is the blue bedroom. The blue bedroom has two new twin beds. The door next to the door for the blue bedroom is for the main bath. The only other door from the den leads back to the kitchen. The table has 6 chairs and an extra leaf that can be inserted to seat more guests. The slider opens onto the deck, which is about the same size as the kitchen. There is a gas grill and tables and chairs on the deck to seat 8 people.
The focal point of the family room is the view out of the over-sized windows. There is another queen sofa-sleeper and also a full –sleeper in the family room. Besides the 2 sofas, there are some occasional tables and a recliner. The gas fireplace is situated between the large windows. The slider in the family room opens to a small balcony. There is also a desk in the corner of the room. Off of the family room is the master suite. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.
