Newly renovated open feeling Kitchen that looks into the Great room with solid slab surface Granite counter tops, stainless steel sink, Grohe faucet, range, range hood, dishwasher & tile floors. Gorgeous new real wood hardwood floors with wood burning fireplace & inlay tile. Pottery Barn & Crate & Barrel decor. Located in the heart of Sun River Resort in a very QUIET area called Overlook Park. Conveniently located to the Southside of Sunriver, close to the Village Mall & Lodge. The house has a great LAYOUT with the bedrooms at separate ends of the house, nice open great room & kitchen. Setting is ideal with large Ponderosa pines, lots of common area & a cul-de-sac. Fantastic location, away from the noisy railroad tracks. Covered porch in front with bistro table & chairs. Pick up a good book & warm yourself next to the WOOD burning fireplace in the vaulted Great room with a sectional sofa sleeper & recliner. Modern furnishings & decor. The kitchen has a side by side refrigerator & microwave with a BRAND NEW dishwasher & stainless steel range with warming drawer. Lots of extras. HOT TUB & deck with a great privacy screen. The spa has a built in lounge with 44 jets & a waterfall. Outside gas BBQ grill with side burner. The house is located very close to Meadows Golf Course. No Smoking allowed & Must be 25 to rent.
