The outdoor deck area is rimmed with bench seating providing another great place for your whole group to gather. The hot tub sits in a partially sectioned-off area of the outer deck, adding the perfect touch of intimacy to this spacious gathering locale.

The kitchen opens up to the dining and living area, and also looks out onto the deck so those preparing dinner are still apart of all the action. 60 Red Cedar Lane is just a couple of houses away from the Sunriver bike path, which heading west will take you up to the Perimeter Loop, and heading east is just a short 5 minute ride to the Mavericks Recreation Center.

Leaving Bend, travel south on Bend Pkwy/US-97/OR-97 for approx. 12 miles. Take exit 153 for S Century Dr toward Sunriver & turn right at S Century Dr. Continue to follow S Century Dr to the round about where you will take the first right onto Abbot Dr. Turn right again at Beaver Dr, then turn into the 2nd parking lot on the left & you will find Village Properties located in the Village Mall.
Driving directions to Village Properties from La Pine:
Leaving La Pine, travel north on OR-97 for approx. 11 miles. Take exit 153 for S Century Dr toward Sunriver. Turn left at S Century Dr/Lava Cast Forest Rd/NFD 9720 Rd. Continue to follow s Century Dr to the round about where you will take the first right onto Abbot Dr. Turn right again at Beaver Dr, then turn into the 2nd parking lot on the left & you will find Village Properties located in the Village Mall. |
