Summer fun at it's best in Arrowhead Lake. This home is private but only a 1/2 mile walk, bike, or drive to the nearest beach. On the last day of your stay, instead of rushing out and into the car, sleep in and check out any time you like. Home features four private bedrooms, office set up as 5th bedroom features Queen bed, and the large loft is set up as a 6th bedroom with Full and Twin size beds overlooking the main living area and fireplace. The home has two full baths, one with a jacuzzi/whirlpool bathtub. (There is no hot tub on the premises at this time) Living room has beautiful cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and a brick fireplace for warm winter fires (bring your own firewood--available for purchase at local stores.) Charcoal and gas grills outside on the large wrap-around deck with sliders to kitchen.
Deer approach the house daily as the home adjoins forested area, and woodpeckers and turkeys are frequent visitors. Home has had many recent updates including-- New in 2007: Refrigerator, coffeemaker, gas grill, vinyl flooring in kitchen, carpeting in lower level and tile floor in main bathroom.
New in 2006: sleeper sofa in living room, three new mattresses, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and blender. Home also has CD/cassette/radio, cable TV, VCR, DVD player as well as a collection of 40+ videos for your
enjoyment. Home also features full size washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, and full size stove. Sleeps 15 comfortably.
Bed sizes are: one Queen bed, two Full beds, one Full sleeper sofa, 7 Twin beds, and one fold out foam chair. Linens provided upon request with 7 days notice ($2
per bed laundering fee).
Available pack 'n play includes playpen with bassinet and changing table attachments and storage pockets; baby seat and high chair available as well; let us know in advance if you will need baby items in the home.
