"Villa Mari",a large Victorian House, just 3 minutes walk from Newport's first beach, Easton's Beach, is divided into 2 separate private townhouse suites. This 2000 sq ft rental suite has 2 private entrances and also includes the 40ft covered porch. It is decorated with a cottage feel and coastal accents.
There is a king, queen and double bed; 2 baths (shower in downstairs bathroom / tub & shower in upstairs bathroom). Living room has a sleeper futon. The foyer has a window sitting nook for relaxing and reading. Peeks of the water from the master bedroom. Dine in kitchen for 8.
The inviting large wrap-around furnished porch has views to Renfrew Park and peeks of the Atlantic Ocean and is a comfortable spot to enjoy the sunsets and listen to the ocean waves.
The spacious yard has a bbq grill and is perfect for entertaining around the 2 patio tables. There is a horseshoe area, and space to bocce ball. Off street parking for 2 cars.
