When you arrive you will find the villa set in beautiful gardens with palm trees, tropical plants, hibiscus,bouganvillas and orange trees, sloping down to the lake.

On a golf course but completely private.

The pool area is 60 foot long. Plenty of room for 7 luxury lounges and parsoles.

A 30 x 14 heated pool, electric and solar.

Hot-tub,an outside dining area and a very large BBQ. Have a message in the hot-tub with it's therapeutic jets. Or an evening BBQ while watching the beautiful sunsets.

For your entertainment we have a GAMES ROOM with a 7 foot pool and air-hockey table, electronic dart board, fishing rods, golf clubs, plenty of board games. Bikes and play-station 2 with games.

As you enter our home you will find yourself in a bright spaciouse lounge with a vaulted ceiling. Comfortable reclining arm chairs and sofas.

A 38 inch TV. Multi channels. DVD, CD.Radio and video.

There is an elegantly furnished dining area for more formal entertaining.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with every thing for your needs.
