Spend time with your family and friends in a canal-front home within an easy stroll to the best beach on the Delaware shore. Bring your boat, dock it there and have access to sailing or boating and fishing on the Little Assawoman Bay. You’re going to love being a part of all the activities that are available. Ease into the morning with a cup of java on the boat dock bench, and quack back at the ducks. Bicycle around the canals, and then lose yourself in a book on the sun porch. After sunning your body and romping in the ocean waves, sing in the outside shower. This house is spacious and homey, with many lounging areas, including two lofts.
