SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 22 PEOPLE: On the main level with a very large kitchen, dining and living room, there is a master suite with a king size bed. On the second level, there are two master suites with king size beds. There are two other bedrooms, one with two double beds and another with one double bed. They share a large bathroom. The Patio Level, a favorite for younger or group members, has one bedroom with 4 twin beds and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are also two fold out couches that are both double beds and are located in a large lving area with its own TV and DVD player.
Our home is used for family groups, reunions, wedding parties, retreats, golf groups and many other functions. All Amenity Cards are FREE for access to 5 pools, 5 restaurants, 8 tennis courts and golf and are included in the cost.
Fripp Island is a 3 1/2 mile long, 1/4 mile wide Country Club with 2 golf courses all set on the Atlantic Ocean...a jungle paradise. Huge kitchen with 2 refridgerators, granite tile counter tops, two ovens,
very large formal dining room and living room. Another living room on the patio level for the younger family members and sport buffs.
