A hallway breakfast/cocktail bar and laundry room with granite counter tops finish off the 3rd floor. For added comfort and convenience, there are ceiling fans in each room and a whole-house speaker system with controls in each room, on the decks and by the pool. The fenced-in pool level has outside and inside shower as well as a gas grill. A mid-island location places you close to all Hilton Head has to offer. Directly across the street is the new 70-acre Town Park - the only public park on Hilton Head Island featuring ball parks, walking trails, tennis & basketball courts, a fenced dog park for our 4-legged friends. There is a free shuttle service to and from the beach which is just 100 yards away.
