Our villa is a raised first-floor unit. The unit is professionally decorated in soft colors and with comfortable, quality furnishings to give you a relaxed luxury-resort feeling. It is totally up-to-date on a single level without long flights of stairs.
The exterior of the Colonnade Club buildings are stucco and are painted in various pastel shades. They blend beautifully with the surrounding landscape. An exterior refurbishing project completed at the end of 1996 included new stucco, new decks, and other repairs. Continual maintenance contributes to the "like-new" appearance of the buildings.
Our villa has a modern, open floor plan. The living area is made very light and bright by a three-section sliding glass door opening onto a spacious wooden deck which gives way to the spectacular lagoon and golf course view.
