Unique in design, this single-level home features a sunken living area and separate dining area. The dining area has vaulted ceilings and skylights and leads to the private pool. Enclosed off the dining area is the laundry room.
Separated from the other three bedrooms is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath. The other three bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, one of which has a king-size bed with a full private bath. The other two bedrooms share a bath and each have two twins beds. Extras include a screened porch, multiple televisions, and a pool in a quiet and private yard, with heat available at an additional charge ($200/wk).
This beautifully landscaped property offers a fenced yard with large, heated (additional cost) pool, outdoor dining area, lounge area and grill. There is also a private shower off the pool area.
The electronics package includes high speed Internet access, cable, multiple televisions, XBOX and DVD/VHS players.
Parking is available for four cars.
