This bright and cheerfully decorated two-story house features everything to make your vacation enjoyable! The 5 BR 3 BA house was completed in April of 2005. It has 2 large decks for grilling out, viewing the ocean, and just relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, all kitchen utensils, and washer/dryer. There are 5 TV's and a DVD/CD player, high ceilings with crown molding, phone, and bedroom arrangement as follows: one king, one queen, one double with twin, 2 doubles, and two sets of bunkbeds. There is an outside enclosed shower with hot/cold water and parking for 5 cars underneath. The house is professionally decorated.
We also have another house across from this one that sleeps 14. It's a 4 BR house and the bedrooms are as follows:
one queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen upstairs, 1 double, and a LARGE bedroom with 2 double beds. It is also professionally decorated and very comfortable. Both of my houses are a mere 60 second walk to the ocean. Located in a privately owned community, the houses are only 100 steps to the beach where lifeguards are available for safety and to rent chairs, sailboats, etc. You also have an indoor/outdoor pool, 18-hole putt-putt course, and several playgrounds on site. With the community's 24-hour security, you can feel comfortable letting the children go. There is miniature golf, indoor/outdoor pools, volleyball, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, biking, golf cart rental, bingo, church services, fishing, recreation center with ping pong tables, snack bar, playgrounds, organized activities for all ages, plus much more! Baby Crib, Play Pen, and High Chair Rentals available upon request.
