This place is away from the noise of the city and the hub-ub, yet close enough to join the fun if you are so inclined. There are two swimming pools and one is heated.
You will truly enjoy long walks on what would appear to be your own private beach and nature preserve. This properly is the last property to be built near this nature preserve as there can be no further properties built for 700 years by law.
Because so few people can get to this part of the beach it is a very natural beach with very large dunes and natural shells, crabs, small fish and herons. The preserve also has a lake. There is a pier for fishing and entertainment about 1/3 of a mile south of the condo.
