Welcome to the oceanview sun suite condo located on the 12th floor of the Renaissance tower at the myrtle beach resort!
Our guests enjoy the most spectacular ocean view from an oversized balcony. The condo is located near the
oceanfront cabana, and near two outdoor pools. One of the pools is the largest oceanfront pool in Myrtle Beach.

Renaissance Tower with its perfect location features an outdoor swimming pool, volleyball, lagoons, picnic areas,
large laundry room, exercise room, indoor whirlpool, convenience store, and even a game room.
With our spacious sunsuite (one large studio offering a full kitchen & sleeping areas, plus a full bathroom, and
oceanfront balcony), our guests can enjoy an affordably priced ocean view condo. This cozy condo sleeps from two
to six. There is a queen sized bed, bunk beds, and a queen sized sofa bed. You can use our linens for a weekly fee
or if you are staying long term, save the fee and bring your own.
Our ocean view condo features a full size refrigerator, microwave, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee
maker. There is cable television with HBO, a VCR, and a stereo system with a CD player. Our guests will also enjoy
a small selection of videos for your viewing pleasure, along with books and games.
The full kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes you need to cook a nice meal. A sink and vanity are
located outside the bathroom, which is very convenient. Our condo is a great studio with a spectacular view of
miles of coastline.
