10 BEDROOOM SPACIOUS BEACHOUSE with POOL,HOT TUB & GAME ROOM

Spacious Beach House for your large gathering. Well appointed Duplex with conveniences you won’t find any where else. This duplex built in 2005 has 6,000 Sq. Ft. of living space and is perfect for a large family reunion or group get together. Its spacious rooms will sleep 28 people comfortably in its 10 bedrooms, with 8 baths, 2 well equipped kitchens, 6 sitting rooms, and 2 large game rooms. Out side there are 4 covered decks and patios, a heated in ground swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, with an ocean view and only 300 feet from the beach.

The 1st floor on each side has 3 bedrooms with 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds, 1 sitting room (TV room) with a Queen Sleeper sofa. All rooms with TVs. The dinning and Kitchen are fully equipped with every thing you need to prepare and serve a perfect family meal; the kitchen also includes a dish washer and a full size washer and dryer. The 1st floor is completed with 2 bath rooms and the kids will love the large 465 Sq. Ft. game room with pool table and packman. The 2nd floor is not lacking in comfort and space. Each side has 2 master bed rooms, one with its own private balcony and ocean view. The bed rooms have King beds all with TVs and private bath rooms. There is also a convenient sitting room (TV room) that has a Queen Sofa sleeper, table and chairs, wet bar, refrigerator and microwave.

Out side you can relax on 2 covered Patios where you can cook hot dogs and Hamburg’s on an outside grill .The in ground pool has plenty of room with chairs and chase lounges for sun bathing. The pool is heated April through November. After a day of shopping and playing, unwind in the 2- 8 ft. hot tubs.Located in North Myrtle Beach just off of 17th Ave. South and Ocean Blvd. and just minutes from Restraunt Row, Bare Foot Landing, Cherry Grove Pier and Rt. 17 which has all the entertainment and shopping you could want.

Weekly rates depend on the season and normally run Saturday to Saturday. Departure cleaning, Linens, Towels, paper supplies and cleaning supplies are” FREE”. This beach house is non smoking with areas outside designated for smoking. No house parties or pets are allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a guardian or chaperon 25 years old.
