The Grandis Gataway is located on Lake Keowee in South Carolina 6 miles from Seneca and only sixteen miles from Clemson University. This Beautiful contemporary 3,500 square foot lakefront home, with covered dock, offers all kinds of fun for family and friends. It can comfortably sleep 16 people. Within the main living area there are three bedrooms and two baths, including a master suite with a walk-in closet, raised ceiling, full bath and door to the deck. The main living area contains cathedral ceilings, wood flooring and a floor-to-ceiling gas stone fireplace. The spacious kitchen has a pantry, breakfast bar and pass-thru to the screened-in porch. The lower level of the home contains two very spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom and another common living area with a stone gas fireplace and kitchenette. Enjoy the electric piano, foosball, gaming table with loads of games, computer center with printer or head on in to the movie theatre with tiered movie theatre seating, 7.1 surround sound and a 65" High Definition TV for the ultimate movie theatre experience. Movies on demand are provided for free and there is also a movie and gaming library. Have fun with the fullsize arcade pinball machine, foosball, electronic chess, and an electronic stationary exercise bike!
BOAT RENTALS are available: 21ft 250hp Four Winns deckboats (holds up to 13 people) with a Volvo 5.0L I/O engine. Each boat is $1250.00 per week/250.00 per day (3 day minimum, weekly only during summer). We have two identical boats and also rent to others staying on the lake!
