It doesn't get any better than this. Our second floor, oceanfront condo is located just south of Myrtle Beach in Surfside. Known as the "Family Beach," Surfside does not allow high-rises, therefore reducing crowded beaches and traffic congestion.
Our Non-Smoking condo features its own private walkway to the beach, complete with pool and shower along with a perfect view of the sand and surf. To escape the beach, you can sit on our covered porch overlooking the pool and ocean on our love set.
Now come inside, it gets even better. Five years of intense renovations make for a very comfortable setting. The kitchen is completely new custom-built, solid oak cabinets are accented by tile floors and granite countertops. All appliances are new including the convection oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave.
Our condo has been fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV, and ceiling fan along with lamps for reading in bed. You also can view the beach from this bedroom or access the porch through sliding glass doors. Second bedroom has two full size beds plus ceiling fan and TV with a DVD player. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen-size bed to provide additional sleeping. Additionally this room has cable 36" SONY HD TV with DVD for the rainy afternoon games.
Both bathrooms are tiled, the master bath offers a large tiled shower with a built in seat including excellent water pressure. Our HOA restrictions do not allow student groups. Pets are not allowed and violators are subject to eviction. We wish to keep our place non-smoking, so we ask that all guests who do smoke to do so on the porch, walkway or outside the condo so others with allergies are comfortable as well.
