Cozy Cottage just 215 yards from the ocean on a quiet secluded street. Very private with beautiful live oaks and newly landscaped. New owners (November 2005) have made improvements with landscaping, sand volley ball, painting, and nice touches in the house.
House has great decks with a large deck and lots of deck furniture overlooking the pool. Has a covered shaded area by the pool with hammock. Large private swimming pool and hot tub. All kinds of pool toys and beach toys. Has all the extras for babies and small children such as high chair, crib, kids books, movies and games. Other extras include bicycles, crab traps, basketball goal, and beach wheelbarrow. Has a great screened in porch off the living area with four rocking chairs and picnic table.
