Sunset Beach California Oceanfront Vacation Rental House

The beach house is located at 16562 South Pacific Ave. in Sunset Beach, which is a small mile-long town that is located between Seal Beach and Huntington Beach. There are 1288 year round residents. Even during summer, the beach is not crowded because public parking is very limited. This is not a problem because the beach house has an attached 2-car garage. In addition to gorgeous sunsets, a view of Catalina Island is also included! The beach house is equipped and decorated with an emphasis on comfort and warmth. The living room furniture faces the fireplace and walnut paneling while providing an incredible view of the beach and ocean through large picture windows. The separate dining room also affords its own ocean view. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Another bedroom has two twin beds, while the third is equipped with two sets of bunk beds. A front deck includes patio chairs, tables, an umbrella and a barbecue with charcoal and tools. Just off the deck is a secluded sandy area that is bordered by iceplant and offers privacy. This 1100 square foot house is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Other amenities include a 36" TV with cable and VCR, a newspaper subscription, all linens, soaps, paper supplies and normal household items such as a vacuum, brooms and garden hoses. Guests especially appreciate the personal touches that include M&Ms in the candy jar and a coffee maker that includes coffee!
