Living room has a pull-out queen couch. 2 bedrooms have 2 beds, 3rd bedroom has 1 bed. Winter: Only 15 minutes to Sugar Bowl and Donner Ski Ranch. Northstar and Squaw just a few minutes more. Summer: Enjoy the Lake for fun water sports in summer and an ever changing view year round.
