Ski Squaw, Alpine & Homewood from this airy, sunny house in a quiet neighborhood on the West Shore of North Lake Tahoe. New in 1995, great cabin decor. Private HOT TUB. Fenced back yard ,near West Shore Bike Path, 5 Min from Homewood, Close to Tahoe City. Walk 2.5 Blocks to Chamber's Beach for Summer fun.
The open living area of this beautiful cedar 1600 sq.ft.home is on the top floor,with three comfortable bedrooms below. The master suite has a king size log bed, dual vanities, a steam shower, and a private deck with a hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third two twins. For extra sleeping accomodation there is a queen sofabed in the living room. The dining table seats eight and there are four barstools at the island breakfast bar. There is also a large deck off the living area for BBQs(new gas grill).
The West Shore lakeside bike trail is just one block away, and it's about a three block walk to Chamber's Landing Beach. Sugar Pine Point State Park is one mile away for great cross country skiing in the winter, and hiking and mountain biking throughout the summer and fall months.
In the winter months, you are within a 20 minute drive to Squaw Valley or Alpine near Tahoe City and only 5 minutes to Homewood Ski Resort. Ample firewood is provided and we will have the heat and lights on for a welcome winter arrival. We have a plow service and the driveway is flat. We have parking for two cars.
