We made the Yellow Owl cabin versatile so that one couple or a larger family would be equally comfortable. The Yellow Owl cabin can accommodate up to six people. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom overlooking the lake, which has a king-size bed, and a second bedroom overlooking the mountains, which has a queen-size bed. Also on the first floor there is a full kitchen, a cathedral ceiling dining/living room with a large stone fireplace, and a full bathroom (shower, no tub). Upstairs there is a large loft with two twin beds. The front porch has a spectacular view of Lake Watauga, and adjacent to the front porch is a large 5-7 person hot tub that also overlooks the lake. Additional amenities common to all cabins include towels and linens, satellite TV, VCR, phone, heavy-duty park-type outdoor charcoal grill, and your own private campfire area.
