Sunny split level beachside beauty had a fresh new interior design in 2006: new furniture, paint, decor, linens, dishes, appliances - the works. You will appreciate the unique floor plan, perfectly designed for groups or families with children with 4+ bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (enough so that everyone can get ready quickly). Mutineer Landing can very comfortably accommodate 13 guests (with a maximum occupancy of 19 guests if you utilize all the convertible sofa/futon beds - check the layout information on our own website - link information at the bottom of this page). Please ask about our other home on the same block if you have more guests - we can comfortably accommodate 23 (with a maximum of up to 35 guests) in both homes if rented together!
