GUEST QUARTERS SLEEPS 2-4 AND CAN BE RENTED SEPARATELY OR COMBINED WITH THE SECOND FLOOR FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE.
The Main House,located on the second floor, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, custom cabinets, Tuscan accents, crown moulding, wood floors, gourmet granite island kitchen, huge living and dining area with views of the gulf. Private entrance and large deck. Perfect for two couples or a family. CAN BE COMBINED WITH THE GUEST QUARTERS FOR UP TO 8-10 PEOPLE. NO PETS OR SMOKING PLEASE.
Forst and second floors combined provide 2100 square feet of space with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, futon and sleeper couchs. Each of the floors have a full granite kitchen -- children under 14 cannot stay without adults.
Owner's Suite,located on the 3rd floor, has king bed, full wet bar, master bath, and private deck. Available for large groups of adults in combination with the rest of the house for 3 nights or longer, if available. NO PETS OR SMOKING PLEASE.
