You'll find this non-smoking third floor condo in the Seagull complex great for small families or couples, comfortable and well- maintained, with a glorious view of the sunrise and surf from one balcony and view of the swimming pool from the other one. The entire apartment has just been completely redecorated in shades of light green with palm tree accents. The living-dining room is spacious with a large TV and VCR, 2 couches, and large table with 6 chairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closets and opens to the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and has its own balcony that overlooks the pool. It is fully furnished with linens and kitchen equipment. The secured complex is beautifully landscaped and provides a swimming pool, hot tub, and sun-deck. The master bath has a shower and jacuzzi tub, while the large second bath has a shower. The nice kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking and serving a full meal. The best single feature is a large covered balcony for enjoying the view and sea breeze. We welcome well-mannered dogs for a $50 fee per stay, and a crib is available for the asking. This wonderful beachfront condo provides privacy and all the comforts of home just a 2-mile drive across the causeway from Port Isabel, Texas.
